We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address, contact number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

Delivery Times
All orders with ready stock items will be shipped on the next working day after payment made (Except if we are away for business trip as per notice).
Delivery for West Malaysia normally takes 1-3 working days to reach your doorstep; 3-5 working days for East Malaysia.
LOLLY POLLY ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.
Self collection and COD service are not available.
For all unclaimed parcels by the customers that are returned back to us, the customer needs to pay for the shipping fee of second delivery.
