Q. How do I purchase an order on the site?
To place an order, please follow these steps:
- Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to add more items, or click “Checkout” to proceed.
- Log in to your account using your username and password. If you do not have an account, please register before proceeding.
- Confirm your Shipping Address and click “Next”.
- Select your preferred Shipping Method and click “Next”.
- Choose your Payment Method and click “Next”.
- Review and confirm your Billing Details, and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.
Q. What payment methods are available?
Lolly Polly supports the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
- Online Banking (FPX)
All payments are securely processed via eGHL.
Q. How do I change my account information and shipping address?
- Log in to your account
- Go to “Account Maintenance”
- Edit your personal details and shipping address as needed
Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?
- Click on “Lost Password?” on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password
Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, you may cancel your order only if it is still in pending status.
To request cancellation:
- Send an email to admin@lollypollyenterprise.com
- Use the subject line: “Request to Cancel Order”
Please note:
- Orders that have been processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be canceled.
Q. What currency are transactions processed in?
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
